That depends on the size and complexity of your requests. A website update takes less time than a custom app, so we’ll discuss the scope and expected timeline before starting. We work on one request at a time, and you choose the priorities.

Yes. Larger projects are broken into milestones so you can review progress and give feedback throughout the build. We can quickly get you a secure app with billing, emails, auth, etc. And then adding features onto that will be one request at a time. We’ll discuss that with you upfront so you know what to expect.

No. Tell us what you want people to be able to do, what’s frustrating about your current setup, or what you’re doing manually that you’d like to automate. We’ll help translate that into a practical plan.

Yes. We can improve an existing website or app, add features, connect tools, or help replace an outdated system. We’ll review your setup first to make sure we’re a good fit.

We’ll communicate through Slack, where you can send requests, ask questions, and share feedback. You’ll also receive a weekly update covering what’s been completed, what’s in progress, and anything we need from you.

You can reorder your request list whenever you need to. If you want to change direction on work already underway, we’ll explain what that means for the current work and timeline before switching.

Feedback is part of the process. You’ll have opportunities to review the work and request adjustments. If a change adds new functionality or significantly expands the project, we’ll discuss the additional scope and update the plan with you.

You own the custom code and deliverables we create for you. We deliver code to your repository so you retain access. Any third-party software or services used in the project remain subject to their own licenses.

The monthly rate covers our development work. Hosting, domains, paid APIs, and other third-party services are separate. We’ll discuss any services your project needs and get your approval before adding a cost.
